06Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions, as described on our Pricing page. To request a refund, contact our support team within 30 days of your initial purchase.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Renewal payments, add-on credit purchases, and accounts found in violation of these Terms are not eligible for refunds.
07Subscriptions, Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions to NukeAlgo automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual, depending on your selected plan) at the then-current price, until cancelled.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll retain access to paid features until then, and no further charges will be made afterward.
Chargebacks, Disputes and Credits
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting our support team, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to support@nukealgo.com first so we can resolve billing issues directly.
08Taxes and Fees
Prices displayed do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Depending on your location, sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar fees may be added at checkout in accordance with local law. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase, excluding taxes on our net income.
09Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site or platform is not accurate, complete, or current. Market data, indicator outputs, and Nuke AI–generated analysis are provided for informational purposes and may be delayed or contain errors. Any reliance on material on this site is at your own risk.

Certain features — including indicators, screeners, Nuke AI, and AI Backtesting — may be subject to usage limits, credit consumption, or availability based on your plan. Ownership of Content
Scripts, strategies, and code generated through Nuke AI based on your prompts are provided for your use under your subscription. NukeAlgo retains ownership of the underlying models, templates, and platform technology used to generate them.
Similarity and Non-Exclusivity
Because Nuke AI draws on common, published trading concepts, outputs generated for you may be similar or identical to outputs generated for other users with similar prompts. We do not guarantee exclusivity of any generated strategy or indicator.
No Reliance / Financial Use
Content generated by Nuke AI — including trade ideas, backtests, and chart analysis — is produced automatically and has not been reviewed by a licensed financial professional. You should not treat it as personalized financial advice.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify NukeAlgo against any claims arising from trading decisions made using content generated on the platform.
12Prohibited Uses
